Clear urine indicates that you’re drinking more than the daily recommended amount of water. While staying hydrated is a good thing, drinking too much water can rob your body of electrolytes.
Normal, healthy, well hydrated.
Normal, but you may be mildly dehydrated.
TIP: Sometimes drinking more water is not the best solution to dehydration. Try drinking coconut water, Gatorade or even eating some watermelon, where you can replenish your electrolytes quickly and effectively!
