Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, processing typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

How can I follow up on my order? ​

If your order has already left our warehouse, you may contact Canada Post/UPS for updates on your order. If you can’t find support through your shipping provider, please contact our customer care team at [email protected].

Modifying an Order​

We are unable to modify your order once payment is processed. This includes adding/removing promo codes and products. Should you require any updates, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours to cancel your order and place another one.

Please note we are unable to make any changes once the item is shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders shipped to Canada will take 3-5 business days to arrive after they have been shipped.

Orders shipped to the U.S. will take up 5 business days (UPS Express) or up to 10 business days (Canada Post Standard) to arrive after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times can be delayed due to unforeseen delays on the courier’s end.

What is your return/exchange policy?

kaia naturals would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are pleased to offer a 30 day return or exchange with your unsatisfied purchase. Please contact [email protected] for assistance with exchanges and returns. Please note that if you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly in order to issue a return or exchange.
